She is a graduate of the Department of Physiotherapy, of the European University of Cyprus and has received certification in Biomedical Acupuncture from the Hellenic Physiotherapy Society of Algology of the University of West Attica. She has also attended several Physiotherapy conferences.
Evelina Papaioannou is a graduate of the Department of Physiotherapy, TEI Athens. She has certified specialization and many years of experience in the treatment of Lymphedema and Edema. Her training took place at the specialized Lymphology Clinic Földi Clinic in Germany, under the auspices of the American School Klose Training.
Chrysanthi is a graduate of the Physiotherapy Department of the University of West Attica. She is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists and the Hellenic Physiotherapy Society of Algology.
She specializes in the therapeutic exercise of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions as she is a certified Clinical Pilates Instructor from the University of West Attica.
She is also certified in Biomedical Acupuncture by the Hellenic Physiotherapy Society of Algology at the University of West Attica.
Panagiotis is a graduate of the Physiotherapy Department of the University of Patras and a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists (P.S.F.) from 2022. He did his internship at the Centre for neurological diseases “Anaplasi”. He is a certified Clinical Pilates Instructor by Galatsi Physio center (Clinical Pilates by GPC). He has attended the Mulligan Method seminar (Mulligan Manual Therapy Concept). He specializes in therapeutic exercise for Musculoskeletal and Neurological conditions.
Anna is a graduate of the Department of Physιotherapy Department of the University Of Patras and did her internship at the General Hospital Of Athens – Georgios Gennimatas . She is specialized in Musculoskeletal and Neurological cases and is a certified Clinical Pilates Instructor from the University of West Attica (EFEA).
Simos is a graduate of the Physiotherapy Department of the University of Thessaloniki and a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists. He is a certified Clinical Pilates Instructor by Therapy Lab Academy (Clinical Pilates A-Z). He has attended Physiotherapy seminars such as the “Mulligan Manual Therapy Concept and the “Musculoskeletal Assessment “from Osteokinesis Education Center and other Physiotherapy conferences. He specializes in the creation and performance of therapeutic exercise programs for musculoskeletal conditions.
Clinical Pilates is a safe method of therapeutic exercise, which can be applied by all and is used as a rehabilitation tool in musculoskeletal and neurological cases. It is particularly effective in reducing pain, preventing injuries, and improving posture.
